Clearvise Signs Agreement for 70MWp Solar Project in France

Clearvise has entered into a purchase agreement with ClearPartners for a ground-mounted system in western , boasting an authorized capacity of over 70 MWp. The parties have opted not to disclose the sale price.

The project has successfully completed the authorization process and holds a legally binding building permit. Once operational, the solar park is expected to generate more than 90 GWh of electricity annually, with revenue sourced from a combination of state-guaranteed feed-in tariffs and power purchase agreements (PPAs).

, chief executive of , stated, “The signing of a purchase agreement for a further co-development project represents a new milestone in our growth initiative.” She added, “With ClearPartners, we have built up an innovative co-development and co-IPP model that focuses on fair, long-term cooperation with regional developers and offers added value to all partners.”

As part of the ClearPartners collaboration, the regional development partner will maintain a 30% stake in the project company, while Clearvise will hold a majority stake of 70%. This close integration of regional development partners is seen as a model for fostering long-term local value creation.
