Sembcorp Industries has been awarded a contract by PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, to build an 86 megawatt-peak (MWp) floating solar photovoltaic (PV) system on Pandan Reservoir, the company said on Monday. The project will be developed through Sembcorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Solar Singapore, and marks the company’s third floating solar venture in the country.
