PGE Baltica Enters Framework Agreement for Technical Advisory on Offshore Wind Investments

has signed a framework agreement with Projmors Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Morskiego for technical consultancy related to investments in port areas. The contract encompasses a range of advisory services, including technical and economic analyses, cost estimates, and reviews of design documentation.

The agreement also covers project consultancy, including risk identification and the development of investment implementation schedules. Projmors will assist in designing programme and spatial concepts, functional and utility programmes, as well as construction, technical, and executive designs. Additionally, the firm will support procurement procedures, including analysis and development of tender documentation.

Bartosz Fedurek, President of the Management Board of PGE Baltica, stated, “We are currently implementing the largest offshore wind project in the Polish part of the , and this type of investment requires detailed analyses of key project elements. One of them is service and port facilities for offshore wind farms. We are glad that in this respect we will cooperate with another Polish entity, Projmors.”

The contract also includes geotechnical assessments and quality control tests, such as verifying the load-bearing capacity of piles and ground anchors, and evaluating the properties of materials used in the project. Projmors will oversee these studies to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

PGE Baltica has selected Ustka as the site for its operational and service base, which will support its offshore wind farms. The base, located on the site of a former fish processing plant in the western part of Ustka port, is in the final stages of preparation. This includes demolishing existing structures and finalizing the design of the database. Construction of key facilities is set to commence in 2025. The service base will facilitate ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and repairs of PGE's Baltic Sea wind farms, with service crews and spare parts dispatched from this hub.
