Chinese wind turbine maker Mingyang Smart Energy has appointed Tobias Stäb as chief commercial officer for its European organisation.
The company said Stäb brings international experience across large-scale wind and solar projects, alongside a track record in building commercial teams and leading complex negotiations.
In his new role, Stäb will be responsible for commercial strategy, market development, key customer relationships and the commercial interface to project execution, working closely with Mingyang’s European teams and global organisation.
Mingyang Europe chief executive Horatio Evers said Stäb’s deep understanding of European energy markets and execution-focused approach would support the company’s expansion across the region.
