Ingenium Group and Endurance Motive Partner to Promote Battery Energy Storage Systems in Italy

Spanish company Ingenium Group and battery manufacturer Endurance Motive have formed a strategic alliance to enhance the deployment of battery systems (BESS) in .

The partnership aims to integrate Endurance's advanced BESS solutions into Ingenium's power generation projects focused on the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.

The collaboration will concentrate solely on the Italian market, which is identified as a crucial area for Ingenium, alongside Spain and the Balkans. Ingenium specializes in technologies, including agrivoltaics and solar-plus-storage hybrid systems.

Ander Muelas, president of Endurance Motive, emphasized the significance of the Italian market, stating, “The Italian market is one of those that will generate the highest demand for storage plants in Europe.”

He further noted that the combination of locally produced batteries from Canet de Berenguer in Valencia with Ingenium's expertise in renewable energy project development in Italy will allow them to provide competitive solutions with substantial European local content.
