Initially targeting an annual recycling capacity of 250,000 solar panels, the Mesa facility aims to scale up to one million panels per year to address the growing demand in the solar industry for sustainable recycling solutions and circular supply chain services.

SOLARCYCLE's innovative technology enables the recovery of up to 95% of the value from recycled panels, extracting materials such as silver, silicon, copper, aluminum, and glass. These high-purity materials are reintegrated into the domestic supply chain. The newly established research and development laboratory in Mesa will further enhance the material extraction process, aiming for zero waste and maximizing the value derived from decommissioned panels.
Entering its second year of operations, SOLARCYCLE has expanded its national presence through significant contracts with industry leaders, including AES, EDF Renewables North America, EDP Renewables North America, Greenbacker, Ørsted, Silicon Ranch, and Sunrun. The company's inaugural facility commenced operations in Odessa, Texas, in 2022.
