Consumers Energy Announces Operational Status of 201MW Heartland Farms Wind Project in Michigan

Michigan utility Consumers Energy has reported that the 201MW Heartland Farms Wind project is now operational, supplying clean energy to homes and businesses in the state. The wind project, featuring 72 turbines, marks Consumers Energy's fifth wind initiative. Invenergy developed and constructed the Heartland Farms Wind project, with Consumers Energy assuming ownership upon its completion.
