Chilean utility Colbun SA has inked two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with water solutions company Aguas Pacifico SpA, ensuring the provision of 100% renewable energy to a seawater desalination plant in Quintero Bay, Valparaiso. Aguas Pacifico is currently constructing the desalination facility, with Colbun set to deliver up to 280 GWh of certified renewable electricity
