RTS Wind Group has appointed Kevin Jones as chief executive officer.
The company said Jones brings more than 18 years of operational leadership experience in the wind sector, most recently serving as global head of operations at Skyborn Renewables.
He previously held senior roles including O&M director at Les Éoliennes en Mer Services for Summit Renewable Energy Europe, and spent more than a decade with Vattenfall, including as head of offshore operations UK.
RTS Wind Group said Jones will lead its next phase of strategic growth, focusing on enhancing operational scalability and delivery capability for major operators and OEM partners.
Jones said: “RTS Wind Group has established a strong reputation for delivering safely and reliably in complex and time-critical environments, both onshore and offshore.
“My focus will be on building high-performance teams, embedding operational excellence and further strengthening the integrated service model that our clients depend upon,” he added.
Jones also emphasised continued investment in people, systems and processes to minimise downtime, optimise generation and deliver measurable value across the lifecycle of wind assets.
Ryan Henderson, chairman of RTS Wind Group, said Jones is a proven leader with deep operational and commercial expertise across the wind sector.
“His experience at organisations such as Skyborn Renewables and Vattenfall demonstrates his ability to manage complex portfolios, implement transformational operating strategies and build scalable, performance-driven platforms,” Henderson added.
