Ørsted has appointed Arul Gynasegaran as an employee-elected member of its board of directors following the departure of Leticia Mandiola, the Danish renewable energy group said.
Gynasegaran, who is a senior project lead for engineering at Ørsted, replaces Mandiola and will also serve as the first alternate member of the board.
