Renewable energy investor NTR has appointed Stephen Campion as chief financial officer, tasking him with leading financial and risk oversight across its pan-European funds and investments, the company said.
Campion, who joined NTR in 2023 as head of finance, will be responsible for capital management, asset valuation, financial structuring of investments, and portfolio performance and reporting, according to the company. He replaces Marie Joyce, who is leaving NTR to pursue a new opportunity.
NTR said Campion brings around 20 years of experience across the renewable energy and real estate sectors, as the firm continues to expand its clean energy investment activities across Europe.
“Since joining NTR, Stephen has played a pivotal role working with the wider team to deliver sustainable returns to investors and powering the clean energy transition across Europe,” NTR chief executive Rosheen McGuckian said in a statement.
“In taking on this senior leadership role, Stephen will apply his extensive experience and capabilities in financial management of high performing investments, together with his commitment and passion for sustainable infrastructure,” she added.
McGuckian also thanked outgoing CFO Marie Joyce for her long-standing contribution to the company. “I would also like to thank Marie for her contribution to NTR and the important role she has played in the growth of the company over the past 20 years,” she said.
