Mingyang Smart Energy has named Horatio Evers as chief executive of its European business, the Chinese wind turbine manufacturer said on Monday. Evers previously led the global energy division at German chemical company BASF, where he was responsible for managing its renewable energy portfolio and supporting international expansion across Europe, China and the United States.
