Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has commenced construction on the onshore substation for the 500-megawatt Fengmiao offshore wind project, a key development in Taiwan’s Round 3 offshore wind initiative. The substation, located in Taichung, will serve as the main transmission hub for the Fengmiao project. In a statement, CIP said the facility incorporates sustainable design elements
