Renewable energy fund manager Modus Asset Management has announced its rebranding to Envolve Capital, marking a new phase in its growth and ambitions for international expansion.
The company, which specializes in investments in renewable energy infrastructure across the Baltic States and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), currently manages four investment funds with a combined total of over €170 million in committed capital.
Povilas Pečiulis, CEO and board member, stated, “Over the last seven years since our launch, we have grown to become one of the largest renewable energy infrastructure investment managers in the Baltics and Poland, trusted by prominent international institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth investors.”
He added, “However, our long-term goals are even more ambitious – to be among the leaders in this field in CEE, where we already manage a number of projects.”
The rebranding to Envolve Capital reflects the company’s evolving strategy as it broadens its scope in the renewable energy sector. The new name, a blend of “energy” and “evolve,” encapsulates the company’s mission to drive the energy transition in the region.
“This is an ambition that makes sense to us not only as a business goal, but also as a way of creating a cleaner, greener energy system in Europe,” Pečiulis said. “It also directly contributes to our region’s energy independence and security.”
Envolve Capital has already made significant strides in renewable energy projects, investing in 370 MW of solar and wind power developments across Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia.
As it moves forward, the company aims to strengthen its presence in CEE and play a key role in shaping the region’s energy landscape.
