DTEK Renewables International (DRI), the European renewables arm of Ukraine's DTEK, has finalized a landmark solar power purchase agreement (PPA) with OMV Petrom, Southeastern Europe's largest integrated energy producer. The deal represents the largest physical solar PPA in Romania to date. The agreement spans 8.5 years and covers the sale of approximately 100 gigawatt-hours (GWh)
