Voltalia to Build 135MW Solar Project in Spain for Green Arrow Capital

has entered into a contract with Green Arrow Capital to develop a 135MW project in , Spain, located in the municipality of Sanlucar la Mayor. The project will see Voltalia provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services, as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for the facility. Construction is set to begin by the end of 2024, with the plant slated for full commissioning in 2025.

Covering 169 hectares, the solar farm will consist of 192,864 panels. Voltalia will operate and maintain the plant for at least two years following its commissioning.

Green Arrow Capital, an investor focused on renewable energy and alternative investments, will strengthen its presence in Spain with this new solar portfolio. Voltalia's contract marks the resumption of major construction projects in Spain, with the company continuing its strategic expansion into the large-scale solar EPC market.
