German renewable energy developer AG has brought a 12-MWp park online in Seukendorf, , boosting its proprietary energy portfolio.

The newly operational solar park is expected to generate 13.6 million kWh of green energy annually, enough to supply over 3,800 German households and offset roughly 9,400 tonnes of carbon emissions each year.

With this addition, Energiekontor's total owned generation capacity reaches approximately 395 MW across 37 wind and two solar parks.

The Seukendorf facility is under a long-term (PPA), ensuring stable revenue for Energiekontor's electricity generation business.

Energiekontor is also progressing on four additional solar projects with a combined capacity of 180 MW and three wind projects totaling around 42 MW, which will bring its overall portfolio to over 610 MW once completed.
