Polish energy services provider Electrum announced that its Lithuanian subsidiary, Everto, has successfully completed the construction of a 22-MW photovoltaic (PV) farm in Taurage, Lithuania, for local energy peer Ignitis Renewables.

Everto managed the entire project scope, from site preparation to the final connection to the power grid, which included design work, cabling, grounding, and the assembly of inverters and PV modules. The facility, covering 36.5 hectares, is now fully operational.

In addition to this project, Electrum is currently working on a 42.2-MWp PV plant for Orlen Lietuva, a subsidiary of Polish energy major PKN Orlen. This facility is being developed at Orlen’s Lithuanian Mazeikiai refinery, which is also undergoing modernization.

The Electrum Group, headquartered in Bialystok, Poland, specializes in development, construction, and project management within the energy and information sectors. Meanwhile, Ignitis Group is focused on developing an integrated business model that leverages its diverse portfolio of customers, energy storage solutions, and power grid infrastructure across the Baltic countries, Poland, and Finland.
