Japanese trading company Toyota Tsusho Corp  has announced plans for the integration of its two wholly-owned renewable energy subsidiaries, Eurus Energy Holdings Corp and Terras Energy Corp, effective April 1, 2025. Following the merger, Eurus Energy will emerge as the surviving entity, positioning itself as Japan's leading company in wind and solar power generation capacity,
