Allied Green (AGA) has selected Nacap to construct the pipeline for its and ammonia production facility in the Northern Territory of . The site, located at Nhulunbuy on the Gove Peninsula, is expected to generate nearly one million tonnes of green ammonia annually.

The two companies signed an agreement for the development of a 58-kilometre-long pipeline, which will serve as a key component for the project. AGA highlighted that the project is progressing steadily and is anticipated to reach a final investment decision (FID) within the year.

Earlier this month, AGA appointed Affinity Capital Group as lead manager and financial adviser to assist in raising approximately USD 6.5 billion for the facility's construction and development.

AGA said in its press release, “The Gove facility is poised to be a major contributor to the global supply of green ammonia and hydrogen, furthering Australia's clean energy ambitions.”
