Spanish clean energy solutions provider 2022 SA has announced the sale of eight farms totaling 54.78 megawatts (MW) in southern to Spanish-German solar power specialist SL.

The transaction, valued at EUR 47.93 million (USD 51.4 million), includes operational and under-construction plants, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2025, Grupo Greening stated on Monday.
