Neoenergia has entered into an agreement with the government of Ceara state to investigate the feasibility of offshore wind power projects along the state's coastline. According to a statement by Neoenergia, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) will focus on conducting studies related to offshore wind generation in Ceara. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
