Menlo Electric has announced a strategic partnership with Sungrow, a leading provider of PV inverters and energy storage systems, to distribute 1 GW of Sungrow's renewable energy products over the next two years. This collaboration aims to advance the deployment of renewable energy technologies in global markets.
Under the agreement, Menlo Electric will distribute Sungrow's latest range of string, hybrid, and commercial hybrid inverters, enhancing its product portfolio to meet increasing demand for reliable energy solutions.
Marcin Zienkiewicz, Head of Procurement and Trading at Menlo Electric, highlighted the alignment of the two companies' goals, stating, “Sungrow's commitment to technological innovation complements our strategic goals perfectly. This partnership will not only broaden our product offerings but also strengthen our ability to meet the growing demand for reliable energy solutions worldwide.”
Sungrow, known for its mission of ‘Clean power for all,' will display approximately 50 advanced renewable energy products at Intersolar Europe 2024. The showcase will include the SG350HX-20 and SG150CX string inverters, the new Microinverters series, and the PowerStack 200CS liquid-cooled storage solution, reflecting Sungrow's dedication to setting industry standards and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
The partnership also emphasizes social responsibility, with both companies supporting the Solar2Share Collective CSR initiative. This initiative has successfully completed three solar installations at public schools in Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria, with two additional projects scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
