he European Commission has given the green light to Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners' proposed acquisition of stakes in a portfolio of US wind farms from Denmark-based Orsted A/S. According to sources, the Danish energy group is divesting stakes in four onshore wind parks, amounting to a total consideration of approximately USD 300 million (EUR 322.8 million).
