CCL Energy Group and Trina Solar Announce 1.2 GW Solar Module Supply Agreement

European technology wholesaler CCL Energy Group and China's Trina Co Ltd have unveiled a new framework agreement aimed at supplying over 1.2 GW of solar PV modules to CCL customers throughout .

In a joint statement, the companies highlighted that the agreement's scope and duration reflect their shared expectation of sustained growth in the European residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors.

Under the agreement, CCL customers will have early access to Trina Solar's newly launched Vertex S+ 505W double-glass n-type module. This module, part of the Vertex S+ series, is known for its higher power output, ultra-low degradation rates, and reduced balance of system costs compared to p-type solar panels. Moreover, the Vertex S+ modules come with a 30-year performance warranty, providing added value to customers.

CCL Energy Group, comprising -based businesses CCL Components and CCL Solar, along with mainland Europe operations that serve the region and other parts of the continent, is poised to benefit significantly from this collaboration.
