OX2 has successfully handed over two wind farms in Poland to DIF Capital Partners, adding a combined capacity of 64MW to the renewable energy landscape.
The first wind farm, located in Grajewo, comprises 12 turbines with a total installed capacity of 41MW. Anticipated to generate approximately 130GWh of energy annually, the facility has the potential to meet the electricity needs of up to 26,000 households, based on an average annual consumption of 5000kWh per household.

OX2 has secured a pivotal role in overseeing the technical and commercial management of the Grajewo wind farm through a strategic agreement with DIF Capital Partners.
Similarly, OX2 has also transferred the Sulmierzyce wind farm to DIF Capital Partners, featuring seven turbines with a collective installed capacity of 23MW. With an estimated annual energy production of 68GWh, the Sulmierzyce wind farm is poised to supply electricity to approximately 13,000 households.
Underlining their commitment to operational excellence, OX2 will assume responsibility for the technical and commercial management of the Sulmierzyce wind farm in accordance with the agreement established with DIF Capital Partners.

This latest development contributes to the momentum witnessed in the fourth quarter, where a total of five wind farms, boasting a cumulative capacity of 483MW, were successfully handed over to investors. The collaboration between OX2 and DIF Capital Partners reflects a strategic partnership aimed at advancing sustainable energy initiatives and furthering the growth of renewable energy sources in the region.
