Egyptian Company and China Energy Engineering Corp Ink Agreement for Green Hydrogen Project

North Abu Qir for Agricultural Nutrients and Energy Engineering Corp have formalized a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to embark on a green project situated within the premises of the Egyptian company, a development confirmed by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources on October 27th.

In parallel, another significant MoU was inked between the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and a Chinese delegation, signaling a mutual intent to harness resources at multiple oil and sites throughout Egypt.

This significant agreement materialized during a meeting between Egypt's Minister of Petroleum, Tarek El-Molla, and Chairman of China Energy Engineering Corp, Song Hailiang, alongside his accompanying delegation.

The discussions centered on fostering collaborative efforts in diverse areas, including petrochemicals, , and the advancement of energy transformation technologies.
