This expansion follows Alight's announcement of plans to construct a 64MW solar farm in Hallstavik, Sweden, in June. Located in the municipality of Norrtälje in southeastern Sweden, the project has already secured a 12-year with Swedish retailer Axfood.

In July, Alight established an office in Madrid, Spain, as part of its strategy to leverage the city's experienced talent pool to support the company's growth and development across Europe.
