Eneti’s Subsidiary Seajacks UK Secures Vessel Reservation Agreement for Wind Turbine Installation

's subsidiary, Seajacks UK, has inked a reservation agreement with an undisclosed client for the transportation and installation of turbines. The project is set to commence mobilization in the first quarter of 2027 and will utilize one of the company's two NG16000X Installation Vessels currently under construction at Hanwa Ocean in .

The engagement is anticipated to span between 210 and 245 days, delivering an estimated gross revenue ranging from $87 million to $100 million. Aggregate project costs are expected to reach $15 million.

Eneti's Chief Executive, Emanuele Lauro, commented on the significance of this project, stating, “Through the ability to employ either of our two new builds, this project provides both maximum flexibility and accretive future cash flows.” He further emphasized, “With net revenues approaching $350,000 per day, the contract reflects the improving fundamentals of wind and current market conditions.”
