Lightsource BP, a leading solar energy company, has appointed Albert Sein as the new Head of Business Development for the Netherlands. Sein will be responsible for leading and expanding Lightsource BP's solar and energy storage activities in the country, aiming to establish a strong presence in the Dutch renewable energy market.
With a career focused on renewables development and project optimization, Sein brings valuable experience from his time at RWE and E.ON, two prominent players in the industry. At RWE, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Development Optimization, leading a team of experts in supporting the company's growth and greenfield targets while emphasizing operational excellence.
During his tenure at E.ON, Sein served as Portfolio Director of the Americas, where he focused on optimizing project costs to enhance pipeline viability. He successfully led numerous continuous improvement projects, contributing to the company's overall success.
