TTR Energy has closed €240m in project financing for its HSR onshore wind farm in France’s Ardennes region, the company said.
Alaïa Advisory, which acted as exclusive financial adviser, said the senior debt was provided by BPCE Energeco, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe, Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France and CIC CIB.
The funding will support construction of 22 Nordex N163 turbines with a combined capacity of 150MW. Once commissioned in November 2027, the wind farm is expected to generate around 350GWh of electricity annually.
Alaïa Advisory said the HSR transaction represents the largest project financing arranged to date for a single onshore wind farm in France.
The deal follows the financing of TTR Energy’s Laignes project in December 2025 and marks the second milestone in a broader €415m financing programme covering three wind farms with a total capacity of 233MW, Alaïa added.
