BPP Group has launched TEAL Renewables, a new greenfield development company aimed at accelerating renewable energy projects globally, the company said on Tuesday.
The new subsidiary is expected to serve as a platform for expanding BPP’s international presence while advancing its long-term strategy focused on sustainable development and climate responsibility.
“Establishing this company is a natural next step for BPP,” said Casper Hojgaard Nielsen, managing director of TEAL Renewables and a partner at BPP Group. “With the track record and the unparalleled synergies within our group, we are creating a powerful platform for driving renewable energy development at scale.”
TEAL Renewables will concentrate on the early-stage development of renewable infrastructure, aligning with BPP Group’s broader energy transition efforts. The launch underscores growing investor and corporate interest in clean energy as global demand for low-carbon solutions continues to rise.
BPP has not disclosed initial project locations or investment figures but said the new entity will play a central role in building out its renewable portfolio across key international markets.
