State-owned Petrovietnam has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with Denmark’s Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) to advance offshore wind energy projects in Vietnam, as part of the country’s broader goal to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. The agreement, signed with the participation of the Danish Embassy in Vietnam, builds on a memorandum of understanding
