Nordex Group has reported a successful year in 2024, securing service agreements for 227 new wind energy projects worldwide, amounting to a total of 8,500 MW. The agreements, all long-term Premium Service contracts, involve more than 1,500 turbines.
Additionally, the company extended existing contracts for 800 turbines, with a total capacity of 2,150 MW, marking a renewal rate of over 85%.
For the fourth consecutive year, Nordex Group ranked first in the service satisfaction survey conducted by the German Wind Energy Association (BWE), earning a score of 2.09 points, an improvement from 2023's score of 2.35. A score of 1 represents excellent service, while 6 is considered unsatisfactory.
The survey, which included 407 turbines in 2024, also highlighted improved service quality, especially in the company's core market of Germany. Customers particularly praised the quality of work and the accessibility of service teams.
