Bord Gais Energy to Acquire Swyft Energy in Strategic Move to Expand Green Energy Offerings

Ireland's Bord Gais Energy has agreed to acquire Swyft Energy, a local solar photovoltaic (PV) and boiler installation company, as part of its strategy to expand its market presence and enhance its ability to serve residential, business, and farming customers. Swyft Energy, headquartered in Cork and Dublin, has completed over 15,000 installations and targets an
