The latest by consultancy group SunWiz has revealed that Australia's rooftop solar PV market experienced a significant rebound in July 2024, with a 23% month-on-month increase in installations. Deployment volumes reached 302MW, marking a record for the mid-year interval (April to October) and the fifth-highest month on record.

This growth comes after a decline in June 2024, which saw installations drop to 247MW, the lowest since January. The July figures significantly surpass those of 2023, 2022, and 2021, none of which exceeded the 275MW monthly deployment mark.
