Voltalia SA , a French renewable energy operator, has announced a new operations and maintenance (O&M) contract in Brazil, pushing its managed capacity for third-party clients to over 6 GW.
The contract increases Voltalia's global O&M fleet capacity to 6.4 GW, advancing towards its target of 8 GW by 2027.
The new agreement involves providing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as stock management and auxiliary services for solar parks within the Arinos cluster in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
These parks were developed by Voltalia and subsequently sold to local companies. Sebastien Clerc, CEO of Voltalia, highlighted the company's rapid progress towards its 2027 objective.
