Eneos Renewable Energy Corp (ERE) of Japan has announced a partnership with WAKO Group and ALL Asset Partners to develop 49 MW of high-voltage solar power plants across the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.
Under Japan's bulk scheme, a total of 88 power plants will be constructed simultaneously to ensure substantial generation capacity. ERE plans to acquire the solar assets once they transition to the feed-in premium (FIP) model.
WAKO Group will oversee construction activities, while ALL Asset Partners (AAP) will manage operation and maintenance (O&M).
The projects are scheduled to commence construction between this year and 2026, with operational launch expected in 2027. Electricity generated will be supplied to customers through off-site corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs).
