Nextracker has announced its acquisition of Ojjo, a specialist in solar foundations, for USD 119 million (EUR 111.0m) in cash.
This acquisition builds upon the existing collaboration between the two companies and is poised to enhance Nextracker's offerings in the utility-scale ground-mount projects sector.

Ojjo's expertise and technology in foundation systems for solar projects will now be integrated with Nextracker's NX Horizon integrated solar tracker systems, advanced software solutions, and other compatible devices. This integration is expected to create a comprehensive solution for utility-scale solar projects.
Based in San Rafael, California, Ojjo has an impressive track record, having worked on over 4 GW of projects, including notable sites such as Gemini, Yellow Pine, and Eagle Shadow Mountain solar sites in Nevada.
