Equinor Granted Development Consent for Offshore Wind Farm Extensions in Britain

Norwegian energy producer Equinor has received development consent for two extensions to its offshore wind projects in Britain, according to a statement released on Thursday. The extensions will significantly increase Equinor's capacity to power households in the region. "With these extensions, Equinor’s wind farms in Norfolk will power nearly 1.5 million households," the company stated.
