Canadian solar mounting solutions manufacturer Polar Racking Inc has secured a contract to supply equipment for a 38-MW solar project in Alberta, Canada.
The contract was awarded by Canadian renewable power producer Concord Green Energy, and the solar farm will be located in Tilley, southern Alberta.
Polar Racking will provide engineering design services and its all-weather CORE fixed-tilt ground-mount system and helical pile foundations for the project. The company's solutions are designed to withstand heavy environmental loads, including wind, snow, and frost, making them a preferred choice for project owners in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.
To date, Polar Racking has supplied over 3 GW worth of its solutions across North America and the Caribbean and has a pipeline of 3.4 GW, according to company figures.
