With a project value amounting to RON 96.9 million (approximately USD 21 million or EUR 19.5 million), the venture is bolstered by support from funds allocated under Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Set to unfold over a period of 12 months, from December 2023 to December 2024, the project is slated for swift execution.
Upon its completion, the solar installation is anticipated to yield an estimated 30,713 megawatt-hours (MWh) of renewable electricity annually, translating to a cumulative output surpassing 614,000 MWh over a span of 20 years. Beyond its substantial energy output, the initiative is poised to make significant strides in environmental conservation, with projections indicating a reduction of approximately 18,971 equivalent tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per annum.
