With nearly 15 years of experience in the offshore wind sector, Finucane brings extensive expertise to the role, having previously worked at Orsted. Notably, he played a crucial role in delivering projects such as the Block Island Wind Farm and the Coastal Virginia Demonstration, leading the US foundations team for Orsted's portfolio of US projects.
As Head of USA, Finucane will be instrumental in overseeing Wood Thilsted's diverse and significant portfolio of projects across the United States. The projects span early-phase development, site investigation planning, concept development, front-end engineering design (FEED), and detailed engineering.
