Canadian Solar has secured a substantial order to deliver a 240MW DC/480MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) for a project site in South Australia, developed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). In an announcement on Monday, Canadian Solar emerged as the preferred supplier for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) as well as operations and maintenance (O&M).
