Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a provider of turbine installation and maintenance solutions, has successfully acquired a majority stake in Professional Wind Services, an Australian company specializing in installation and maintenance services within the wind energy sector.
Professional Wind Services boasts an impressive track record of having installed over 2 gigawatts (GW) of wind power and is recognized for its leadership in commercial and industrial (C&I) operations, as confirmed by Muehlhan. The existing Chief Executive of Professional Wind Services, Kym Dodd, will retain a minority stake in the company and continue to oversee its day-to-day operations.
