Vestas has appointed Anne Pearce as its new Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO). Anne Pearce, who previously served as Vice-president of Human Resources at Shell, will assume her role on January 2, 2024.
Pearce's responsibilities will encompass spearheading the ongoing evolution of Vestas' People & Culture organization. In her statement, she expressed her enthusiasm for joining Vestas and being part of its journey to become a prominent force in the global sustainable energy sector. Pearce looks forward to collaborating closely with Vestas' Executive Management, the People & Culture management team, and the organization as a whole to enhance Vestas' organizational capabilities and leadership, positioning it to excel in the energy transition.
