As an energy producer specializing in the comprehensive construction and operation of renewable solar energy projects, GoldenPeaks Capital is set to take over the development of these projects, which are strategically located in the Pomorskie Voivodeship and currently at the ready-to-build stage.
Under the terms of the agreement, Spectris Energy will assume responsibility for completing the construction of the solar projects and retain long-term ownership upon their completion.
