Emeren Group Successfully Sells 58MW Solar Project Portfolio in Poland to Spectris Energy

, a developer, has recently finalized the sale of its 58-megawatt (MW) project portfolio in to , a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital. As an energy producer specializing in the comprehensive construction and operation of renewable solar energy projects, GoldenPeaks Capital is set to take over the development of these projects, which are strategically located in the Pomorskie Voivodeship and currently at the ready-to-build stage.

Under the terms of the agreement, Spectris Energy will assume responsibility for completing the construction of the solar projects and retain long-term ownership upon their completion. The successful sale represents a significant milestone for Emeren Group in its continued efforts to expand its renewable energy portfolio and contribute to the advancement of a sustainable future.
