Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Myrsky Energia Collaborate to Develop 1.8GW of Wind Power in Finland

Copenhagen Partners () and Myrsky Energia have recently announced a strategic partnership aimed at developing over 1800MW of wind power in . This collaboration signifies a significant step towards Finland's goal of becoming a frontrunner in the European energy transition and will play a crucial role in achieving the country's carbon neutrality target by 2035, according to CIP.

CIP's investment strategy aligns with its commitment to pursue projects that can drive substantial advancements in scale and pace of development, effectively meeting the ambitious targets set by governments. The extensive portfolio of wind projects not only supports Finland's net-zero ambitions but also enhances energy security and contributes to the growth and transformation of local communities by generating employment opportunities and additional tax revenues, asserts the investor.
