Sonnedix has secured a Contract for Difference (CfD) for its 15MW Bengrove Solar Farm in the United Kingdom’s Allocation Round 7 (AR7), the company said.
The award marks an important milestone for the developer and supports its strategy to expand utility-scale solar generation delivering clean, secure and affordable electricity.
Sonnedix said the project will contribute to the UK’s net-zero ambitions under the government’s CfD scheme.
The company also congratulated the teams involved in advancing the project and said it will continue progressing its pipeline to accelerate the energy transition while creating long-term value for communities and stakeholders.
