Vestas has won three orders totaling 191 megawatts (MW) across Germany and Poland, the company said on Thursday, marking part of its fourth-quarter intake.
In Germany, Uhl Windkraft ordered 11 V172-7.2MW turbines for the 79MW Schnabelwaid project. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with commissioning expected in the third quarter of that year.
Wpd GmbH placed an 80MW repowering order for the Reinstedt project in Germany, which will use 11 V162-6.2MW turbines and two V150-6.0MW machines. Deliveries are set to start in the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning due in the fourth quarter of 2026.
In Poland, FW LUBIEŃ 1 SP. Z o.o. and Greenvolt Power Group Sp. z o.o. have ordered eight V150-4.0MW turbines for the 32MW Lubień project. Deliveries are planned from the first quarter of 2027, with commissioning expected from the second quarter of 2027.
Vestas said the orders reflect continued demand for both new wind farm development and repowering projects in Europe.
